Is Meet.Bingo really free forever?
Yes! Meet.Bingo is 100% free and always will be. We built it for the startup community and are committed to keeping it free. There are no hidden costs, no premium tiers, and no limits on users or bookings.
How does group booking work?
Meet.Bingo automatically finds time slots when all required team members are available. For example, if you need both a technical person and a salesperson for a demo, it only shows times when someone from each group is free. This eliminates the back-and-forth of coordinating multiple calendars.
Can I self-host Meet.Bingo?
Absolutely! Meet.Bingo is open source and designed to be self-hosted. You can run it on your own servers, maintain full control of your data, and customize it to your needs. Check our GitHub repository for installation instructions.
What calendar integrations are supported?
Currently, we support Google Calendar integration. Team members can connect their Google Calendars, and Meet.Bingo will automatically sync availability and create events for confirmed bookings. We're working on adding more calendar providers.
How secure is my data?
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Calendar tokens are encrypted and stored securely. Since Meet.Bingo is open source, you can review our security practices in the code. For maximum control, you can self-host your own instance.
Can I white-label Meet.Bingo?
Yes! Meet.Bingo includes white-label options. You can remove our branding, add your own logos and colors, and make the booking experience seamlessly part of your product. This is available in all instances, including self-hosted ones.
