Our Story

The Problem We Had to Solve

At Hosted.ai, we faced a unique challenge: every product demo required both a technical expert and a sales representative. Traditional scheduling tools couldn't handle this. They'd book meetings when only one person was available, leading to embarrassing cancellations and rescheduling.

We tried everything. Calendly, Cal.com, and dozens of other tools. They all had the same limitation: they couldn't coordinate availability across multiple team members.

Google Built for Google Workspace Teams

So we built Meet.Bingo. A scheduling tool that actually understands group availability. It only shows time slots when all required team members are free. No more double-booking. No more awkward "can you make it?" emails.

We built it exclusively for Google Workspace because that's what we use, and what most startups use. Deep integration with Google Calendar means it just works—no complex setup, no compatibility issues.

Today, Meet.Bingo powers thousands of demos, sales calls, and team meetings. And because we believe in giving back to the startup community that supported us, it's free forever.
